RESCUE PROGRAM
At It's A Dog's Life we work with several different rescue groups and individuals by taking in all breeds of dogs who have been abandoned, neglected, injured or abused. Our specialty is socialization, training and rehabilitation. We work through issues that you often find with rescued dogs, and we find the best possible fit for re-homing them.

Our trained ambassador pack of dogs help to rehabilitate and acclimate our rescued dogs. Our philosophy of exercise, setting boundaries, and lavishing plenty of love and affection contributes to the success of our program.

I have found the staff and owner to be extremely friendly and accommodating. It is pretty much a stress-free zone and I enjoy visiting with them. Plus, they give bath, trim nails, clean ears and brush coats on demand. My boy came back to me today smelling like oatmeal, his rough coat all smooth and shiny. A joy to have until his next encounter with dead deer, rabbit, mice - you name it, he rolls in it.
